Ingredients:
- 1 cup (160g) Semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped or chips
- 1/4 cup (55g) Unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup (160g) Milk at room temperature
- 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (90g) All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (100g) Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (22g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (80g) Chocolate chips

Directions:
- Line an 8-inch (20cm) square pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2in (5cm) overhang for easy lifting. Set it aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes before baking the brownie.
- In a large bowl, place the chocolate and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Add the milk and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
- Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt over the mixture, then add the chocolate chips. Stir until just combined, do not overmix the flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (time may vary depending on the oven).
- Let it cool to room temperature and cut into squares.
