Super Easy Egg-Free Brownies


Super easy egg-free brownies! Learn how to make these fudgy and delicious eggless brownies full of chocolate chips! And the best thing is that it takes only a few minutes, one bowl, and simple ingredients to make this quick and easy dessert!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (160g) Semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 1/4 cup (55g) Unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup (160g) Milk at room temperature
  • 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup (90g) All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (22g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup (80g) Chocolate chips

Directions:
  1. Line an 8-inch (20cm) square pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2in (5cm) overhang for easy lifting. Set it aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes before baking the brownie.
  3. In a large bowl, place the chocolate and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  4. Add the milk and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
  5. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt over the mixture, then add the chocolate chips. Stir until just combined, do not overmix the flour.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (time may vary depending on the oven).
  7. Let it cool to room temperature and cut into squares.
