Ingredients:
Jello Cake:
- 2 1/3 cups (300g) All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup (150g) Sugar
- 3oz (85g) Strawberry Jello (or any other flavor)
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Salt
- 3 Eggs at room temperature
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 cup (180ml) Milk
- 1 tsp (5ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp (14g) Baking Powder
Jello Frosting:
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Hot Milk
- 1.5oz (42g) Strawberry Jello
- 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered Sugar
- 8oz (226g) Cream Cheese at room temperature

Jello Cake:
- Grease with butter or line with parchment paper a 9in (23cm) round cake pan. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, place the flour, sugar, jello, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until it forms a smooth batter. Do not overmix the flour.
- Lastly, add the baking powder and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely and unmold the cake.
Jello Frosting:
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, place the hot milk and jello. Whisk until completely dissolved.
- Add the powdered sugar and beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes until it forms a foamy pale pink mixture.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- Add the cream cheese and beat on medium-low speed until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the top of the cake and finish with sprinkles.
