- 1/2 cup (100g) Granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) All-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup (75g) Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes before baking the brownies.
- Place the white chocolate and butter in a large bowl and melt in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar until well combined, then let it cool for a few minutes before adding the eggs.
- Gently whisk in the eggs and vanilla with a wire whisk, being careful not to overmix and incorporate too much air into the batter.
- Add the flour and stir just until combined. Don't overmix.
