Nutella Brownie with Gluten-Free Option

Ingredients:

*Measuring cup: 250ml / 8.45 fl. oz

2 Eggs

100g or 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

280g or 1 cup Nutella

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

75g or 1/3 cup Melted Butter

A pinch of salt

75g or 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour (see gluten-free option at the end of this recipe)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Line an 8×8 inch (20x20cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on all sides.

In a large bowl combine eggs and sugar. Whisk for 1 minute.

Add Nutella, melted butter, salt and vanilla. Stir until well combined.

Add the flour and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then smooth the top. 

Bake until set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, about 25-30 minutes.

Let cool completely. Cut into 16 squares.

Gluten-free option:

1/4 cup White Rice Flour + 1/4 cup Potato Starch
