- Note 1: If you are celiac, make sure to use certified gluten-free oats.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup (30g) Rolled or Quick Oats
- 1/3 cup (80g) Milk
- 1 Tbsp (13g) Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp (7g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp (19g) Nutella (plus 1tbsp for the filling)
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Baking Powder
- Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a blender, combine the oats, milk, brown sugar, cocoa powder, Nutella, and baking powder. Blend for a few seconds until just combined. Note: you can use an immersion hand blender or a regular counter blender.
- Pour half of the mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin (capacity: about 180ml or 3/4 cup).
- Place one tablespoon of Nutella in the center and pour the remaining mixture on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Or, if you prefer, you can microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Place chocolate chips on top and serve while still warm.
