Ingredients
For the Mousse:
- 3/4 cup (180g) Warm milk
- 2 Tbsp (18g) Strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup (140g) Fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup (300g) Sweetened condensed milk
For the Topping:
- 50g (about 1/3 cup) Semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp (30g) Milk at room temperature
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions
For the Mousse:
- Combine the warm milk and strawberry gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved and set aside.
- Using a blender, mix the fresh strawberries and condensed milk.
- Add the milk and gelatin mixture and blend until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the serving cups and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm enough to spread the ganache on top.
For the Topping:
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add the milk and stir until well combined to form a ganache. You can add more milk if the ganache is too thick (one teaspoon at a time).
- Pour a dollop of ganache over each mousse and place a fresh strawberry on top.
