- 2 cups (200g) Cookie Crumbs (you can use your favorite cookies)
- 1/3 cup (30g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- A pinch of Salt
- 1/4 cup (55g) Unsalted Butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (150g) Sweetened Condensed Milk (and a bit more, if necessary)
- 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup (33g) Cookie Crumbs for coating

- In a large bowl, place 2 cups of cookie crumbs (crushed into fine crumbs), cocoa powder, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add the butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir with a spatula until it forms a dough.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more condensed milk until it forms a soft dough.
- Refrigerate for a few minutes, if necessary.
