Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125g) Creamy Natural Peanut Butter, unsalted
- 1/3 cup (100g) Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp (42g) Unsalted Butter or Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 2 cups (190g) Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup (55g) Roasted Almonds, chopped or sliced
- 1/2 cup (80g) Chocolate Chips

Directions:
- Line an 8in (20cm) square pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2in (5cm) overhang for easy lifting. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, place the peanut butter (at room temperature), honey, salt, and melted butter. Whisk to combine.
- Add the rolled oats, almonds, and chocolate chips. Stir with a spatula until just combined.
- Firmly press the mixture into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
- Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
