  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Simmering Water
  • 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups (150g) Whole Milk Powder
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) Butter

Directions:
  1. In a blender, combine the simmering water, sugar, milk powder, and butter. Mix for about 1 minute or until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to set. The condensed milk will become thicker.
  3. It is normal to form a foam layer on top. Just whisk until smooth before using.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
