No-Bake 3-Ingredient Oreo Cheesecakes


No-Bake 3-Ingredient Oreo Mini Cheesecakes Recipe. This easy-to-make dessert has a cookie base and a creamy smooth filling. So tasty and delicious!

Active time: 10mins | Yield: about 12 mini cheesecakes

Ingredients:
  • 6oz (170g) Good Quality White Chocolate, chopped
  • 6oz (170g) Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 12 Regular Oreo Cookies
  • 12 Mini Oreo Cookies or Oreo Crumbs (optional)

Directions:
  1. Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate in 20-second intervals and stir between each until melted. Let it cool to room temperature. 
  2. Combine the cream cheese and melted chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Line a mini cupcake pan with paper liners.
  4. Place a regular Oreo cookie on the bottom of each paper liner.
  5. Spread the filling over each cookie and smooth the top.
  6. Decorate with Oreo crumbs or mini Oreos.
  7. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
