Ingredients:
- 6oz (170g) Good Quality White Chocolate, chopped
- 6oz (170g) Cream Cheese at room temperature
- 12 Regular Oreo Cookies
- 12 Mini Oreo Cookies or Oreo Crumbs (optional)

Directions:
- Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate in 20-second intervals and stir between each until melted. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Combine the cream cheese and melted chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Line a mini cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Place a regular Oreo cookie on the bottom of each paper liner.
- Spread the filling over each cookie and smooth the top.
- Decorate with Oreo crumbs or mini Oreos.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
