Milk treats filled with grapes. Learn how to make these no-bake milk treats filled with juicy and delicious seedless grapes! You only need three ingredients to make these amazing treats!
Ingredients
For the Milk Balls:
- 2/3 cup (200g) Sweetened condensed milk
- about 1 1/2 cups (150g) Whole milk powder
- Seedless grapes (clean and dry)
For Coating:
- about 1/3 cup (35g) Whole milk powder
Instructions
- Pour the condensed milk into a large bowl and add 1 cup of milk powder. Stir with a spatula until well combined.
- Add the remaining milk powder, a bit at a time, stirring with a spatula until it forms a soft and sticky dough.
- Let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes. This waiting time will make the dough easier to roll.
- Scoop about one heaping teaspoon of dough, roll it using the palm of your hands, and press it with your fingers, forming a thin disc.
- If the dough is too sticky, you can add a bit of milk powder. But try to add as little as possible, as the dough will dry out over time.
- Place a clean and dry grape in the center of the disc, cover the whole grape, and roll it again, forming a ball.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
- Roll the balls in milk powder to coat them.
Notes
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
