Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp (45g) Butter
  • 2oz (55g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup (45g) Sugar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 cup (35g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 2oz (55g) White Chocolate

  1. Place butter and semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high power for 40 seconds and stir until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine the egg, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and whisk.
  5. Add flour and white chocolate chunks into the mixture and stir until just combined (avoid overmixing).
  6. Divide the batter between two microwavable mugs. Fill the mugs only 2/3 full to avoid overflowing.
  7. Microwave one at a time, until centers are firm, about 1 minute and 15 seconds.
  8. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage and the size of the mug.
