- 2oz (55g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup (45g) Sugar
- A pinch of Salt
- 1/4 cup (35g) All-Purpose Flour
- 2oz (55g) White Chocolate

- Place butter and semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high power for 40 seconds and stir until smooth. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the egg, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
