- 6 Regular Oreo Cookies (with filling)
- 3 Tbsp (45g) Warm Milk
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp (10g) Chocolate Chips (optional)
Topping:
- 1oz (28g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate (optional)

Cake:
- Using a food processor, grind the Oreos (with filling) into fine crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor or blender, you can place the cookies in a resistant plastic bag and hit them with a rolling pin until finely crushed.
- In a 7fl.oz (200ml) mug, place the Oreo crumbs, warm milk, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Lastly, add the baking powder and stir.
- Microwave (high power) for 1 minute and 15 seconds or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage.
Topping:
- Microwave the chocolate (medium-power) in 20 seconds intervals, stirring after each until completely melted.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the top of the cake and serve.
