Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake:
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp Almond Flour*
- 1 Tbsp Rice flour or gluten-free flour*
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp Melted butter or Coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp Regular milk or Vegetable milk
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips
*If you want to use regular plain flour, skip the almond and oat flours and use only 2 tablespoons of plain flour instead.
Topping:
- Melted chocolate
- Chocolate chips

- In a large mug (200ml or bigger), place the cocoa powder, sugar, almond flour, rice flour, and baking powder. Stir to combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until it forms a smooth batter.
- Stir in the chocolate chips. Make sure the batter fills only half of the mug.
- Microwave for 1 minute or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Time may vary depending on the oven. You can microwave for 10 to 20 seconds more if necessary.
- If using an oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Spread melted chocolate over the cake and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
