Ingredients:
Cake:
- 1 cup (130g) All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp (8g) Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup (180g) Milk
- 1/4 cup (52g) Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup (150g) Nutella
Topping:
- 2/3 cup (200g) Nutella
- 2 Tbsp (20g) Chocolate Chips

Cake:
- Grease with butter and line with parchment paper a 7in (18cm) round cake pan. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, place the flour and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth, but do not overmix the flour.
- Add the Nutella and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely and unmold the cake.
Topping:
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the top of the cake. If the Nutella is too thick, microwave for 10-15 seconds before using it.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and serve.
Store the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
