  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • White Chocolate Chunks or Chips

  1. In a large mug (7oz – 200ml or bigger) combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Whisk.
  2. Add milk, oil and chocolate chunks. Stir until well combined.
  3. Microwave on high power for 1 minute. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage.
  4. Place chocolate chunks on top of the warm cake.
