Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125g) Natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (45g) Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp (12g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 or 2 Tbsp Almond flour
- Chocolate chips to decorate
Instructions
- Line a 9x13in (23x33cm) baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes before baking the cookies.
- Combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir with a spatula until well combined.
- Add one tablespoon of almond flour and stir until it forms a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Add more almond flour If the dough is too sticky.
- Portion the dough using a leveled tablespoon, roll it on the palms of your hands, and lightly press to flatten it. Press a few chocolate chips over each cookie. The cookies will maintain their shape after baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and let them cool on the baking sheet before removing from the parchment paper.
Notes
Store them in an airtight container for up to a week.Â
