Ingredients:
Truffles:
- 1 cup (240ml) Hot Water or Milk
- 1 cup (90g) Rolled or Quick Oats
- 1/3 cup (65g) Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp (14g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 5oz (140g) Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1/3 cup (30g) Cocoa Powder

Directions:
- In a blender, pour the hot water (or milk), rolled oats, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Blend for about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides of the blender when needed.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat, continuously stirring until it forms a soft dough, about 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate and vanilla. Stir until it forms a smooth dough.
- Spread the dough over a plate and let it cool completely at room temperature. If necessary, you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Using the palms of your hands, roll the dough into 1 1/4 in (3cm) balls and place them on a plate lightly greased with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder and serve.
