Ingredients:
Hot Chocolate:
  • 2 cups (480ml) Whole Milk
  • 2 tsp (8g) Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup (75g) Nutella
  • 2oz (57g) Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate, chopped or chips
Topping (optional):
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings

Directions:
  1. In a saucepan, place the milk and cornstarch. Stir until completely dissolved. It’s important to dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk to avoid any lumps later.
  2. Add the Nutella and chocolate. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into mugs and finish with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
