Ingredients:
  • 14 oz (397g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup (80g) Table Cream or Light Cream
  • 1 tablespoon (14g) Butter
  • 4 oz (115g) White Chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup (110g) Powdered Milk

Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, cream, and butter.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring and scraping the sides of the saucepan with a silicone spatula until thickened, about 7-10 minutes. If you scrape the mixture with a spatula, you have to see the bottom of the saucepan for a few seconds before it spreads.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the white chocolate and powdered milk. Stir until well combined. The chocolate will melt in the hot mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture in a plate, cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool at room temperature.
  5. Roll into balls in the palms of your hands, then roll each ball in powdered milk, crispy chocolate pearls or your favorite sprinkles.

Makes about 35 1-inch balls.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days or in refrigerator up to 1 week.
