Condensed Milk White Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:
- 14 oz (397g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/3 cup (80g) Table Cream or Light Cream
- 1 tablespoon (14g) Butter
- 4 oz (115g) White Chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup (110g) Powdered Milk

Instructions:
- In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, cream, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring and scraping the sides of the saucepan with a silicone spatula until thickened, about 7-10 minutes. If you scrape the mixture with a spatula, you have to see the bottom of the saucepan for a few seconds before it spreads.
- Turn off the heat, add the white chocolate and powdered milk. Stir until well combined. The chocolate will melt in the hot mixture.
- Spread the mixture in a plate, cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool at room temperature.
- Roll into balls in the palms of your hands, then roll each ball in powdered milk, crispy chocolate pearls or your favorite sprinkles.
Makes about 35 1-inch balls.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days or in refrigerator up to 1 week.
