Ingredients:
- 2 14oz cans (28oz – 794g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- A Pinch of Salt
- 30 Regular Oreo Cookies
- 25 mini Oreos (optional)

Directions:
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing a 1-inch overhang. Grease the parchment paper with vegetable oil and sprinkle some sugar. Set aside.
- Cut the regular cookies (with filling) into smaller pieces. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, place the sweetened condensed milk, cream, butter, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously and scraping the sides of the saucepan with a silicone spatula for about 15 minutes or until it forms a very thick cream.
- Turn off the heat an add in the cookies. Mix gently with a spatula until well combined.
- Pour the hot mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. Decorate with mini Oreos.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours. Cut into squares and coat them with caster sugar or powdered milk (if you want something a little less sweet).
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
