Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp (14g) Unsalted butter
- 2 tsp (10g) Milk
- 1 Tbsp (12g) Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp (12g) Granulated white sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (30g) All-purpose flour (and 5g to 10g more if necessary)
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 or 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the butter and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds and stir until the butter is fully dissolved.
- Add the brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
- Then add 1/4 cup of flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until well combined and smooth. The dough should be thick and hold its shape. You can add a bit more flour if necessary.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a microwave-safe plate with butter or cooking spray. Use a plate at least 7 inches (18cm) in diameter.
- Transfer the dough to the plate, mold the shape of a thick cookie, and place some chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds. The cookie will come out of the microwave still soft but will set as it cools down.
- Let it cool to room temperature, and enjoy!
