4-Ingredient No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe. This easy-to-make cheesecake is so creamy and delicious! And the best thing is that it takes only four simple ingredients and a few minutes to make this quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 5oz (140g or 1 1/3 cups) Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 cup (75g) Unsalted Butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 10oz (280g or 1 3/4 cups) Good Quality White Chocolate (chopped)
- 12oz (340g or 1 1/2 cups) Full Fat Cream Cheese (softened)

For the Crust:
- Grease with vegetable oil a 7in (18cm) removable bottom round cake pan. Set aside.
- Using a blender, grind the cookies into fine crumbs. Add a few cookies at a time, stopping to scrape the sides of the blender as needed. You can use a food processor, but the blender helps to get very fine crumbs, making it easier to bind the crust together evenly.
- Transfer the grounded cookies to a medium bowl and pour the melted butter over the top. Stir with a spatula until well combined.
- Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and up the sides (about 1in or 2,5cm). Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
For the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Note: If you are using compound chocolate, let it cool to almost room temperature because this type of chocolate will harden if it stands at room temperature for too long.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Add the white chocolate (melted and cooled to room temp) and beat until well combined.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust and sprinkle some chocolate shaving on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Keep the cheesecake refrigerated until serving time.
