- 2oz (57g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup (45g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup (70g) All-Purpose Flour

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and vegetable oil. Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat the process if necessary, until completely melted.
- Add the sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.
- Add the flour gradually until it forms a dough that you can roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place them on a microwave-safe plate, about 1-inch apart from each other.
- Flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down in two different directions on top of them.
- Microwave for about 3 minutes on high power (based on a 1200W microwave). Baking time may vary depending on the microwave and plate used.
- Let the cookies cool and set completely at room temperature before removing them from the plate.
- Coat with caster sugar or powdered sugar.
- Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
