Ingredients:
For the Truffles:
- 10oz (280g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream (Bring to room temperature)
- 10 Regular Oreos (with filling), chopped into small pieces
For Coating:
- 10 Regular Oreos (with filling), crushed into fine crumbs

- In a medium bowl, place the chopped chocolate and heavy cream (at room temperature). Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
- Let it cool at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the chopped Oreos and stir gently until just combined.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until firm enough to scoop or roll into balls.
- Scoop the truffle mixture into tablespoon-sized mounds. Roll each one in the Oreo crumbs and then roll them into perfect balls. This step prevents the ganache mixture from sticking to your hands.
- You can store these truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
