3-Ingredient Creamy Oreo Truffles Recipe. Learn how to make these creamy and delicious chocolate treats, filled with Oreo chunks and coated with Oreo Crumbs.

Ingredients:
For the Truffles:
  • 10oz (280g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream (Bring to room temperature)
  • 10 Regular Oreos (with filling), chopped into small pieces
For Coating:
  • 10 Regular Oreos (with filling), crushed into fine crumbs

Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, place the chopped chocolate and heavy cream (at room temperature). Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  2. Let it cool at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped Oreos and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until firm enough to scoop or roll into balls.
  5. Scoop the truffle mixture into tablespoon-sized mounds. Roll each one in the Oreo crumbs and then roll them into perfect balls. This step prevents the ganache mixture from sticking to your hands.
  6. You can store these truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
