For the Truffles:
- 1 cup (300g) Sweetened Condensed Milk

For the coating:
- 2 Tbsp Whole Milk Powder
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Directions:
- Place the condensed milk in a medium bowl. Sift the milk powder and cocoa powder on top.
- Note: Make sure to use a good quality milk powder (I like to use Nestlé Nido).
- Stir until it forms a thick mixture (like a really thick brownie batter).
- Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours until set.
- At this point, the mixture will be thicker and ready to roll into balls. If the dough is too soft and not holding its shape, you can add a bit more milk powder.
- In a small bowl, combine the milk powder and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined. Set it aside.
- Spoon the dough (about 1 heaping tablespoon) and place the dollops aside.
- Place a bit of water in a small bowl and dip the tip of your fingers. Spread a little water all over the palms of your hands and roll the dough into balls. That makes it easier to roll the dough without sticking to your hands.
- Roll them into the milk powder and cocoa powder mixture to coat.
- Slightly press the top to flatten the truffles (optional).
- Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
