• 14oz (400g) Good Quality Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 1 14oz can (400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 7oz (200g) Cookies of your choice
Cocoa powder for coating (optional)

1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides. Set aside.
2. Break the cookies into smaller pieces. Set aside.
3. Chop the chocolate into small, uniform pieces. Microwave on medium power, stirring every 40 seconds until completely melted.
4. Add condensed milk and stir until well combined. The cream will become thicker, so be sure to do the next steps quickly.
5. Add the cookies and stir until all of them are covered with chocolate. Spread the mixture on the prepared pan to create an even layer.
