3-Ingredient Lemon Mousse (Egg-Free)


This tangy, light, and delicious 3-ingredient lemon mousse is the perfect dessert for spring/summer. Made with white chocolate, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and whipped cream, this dessert is egg-free and super easy to make!

Ingredients:
  • 8oz (227g) Good Quality White Chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice at room temperature
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Whipping Cream, cold

Directions:
  1. Melt the chocolate using a double-boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted.
  2. Add the lemon juice and whisk vigorously until smooth. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the whipping cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, being careful not to overbeat or the cream will turn buttery.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, refrigerate for about 2 hours and serve.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
