Ingredients
- 200g (about 1 1/4 cups) White chocolate, chopped or chips
- 3 Tbsp (45g) Full-fat coconut milk at room temperature
- 1/3 cup Desiccated or Finely Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add the coconut milk and stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes or until firm enough to roll into balls. You can transfer the mixture to a larger container to cool down quickly.
- Portion the dough using one heaping teaspoon and roll it using the palms of your hands.
- Coat the truffles with coconut.
