Ingredients:
- 1 cup (300g) Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup (30g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups (360g) Heavy cream (cold)

Directions:
- Place the condensed milk in a large bowl. Sift the cocoa powder on top and whisk until completely dissolved. Set it aside.

- Beat the cold heavy cream for a few minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in two additions.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any other freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or close it with a lid.
- Freeze until firm, about 12 hours.
- Let it soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes before scooping.
