3-Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (300g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup (30g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups (360g) Heavy cream (cold)

Directions:
  1. Place the condensed milk in a large bowl. Sift the cocoa powder on top and whisk until completely dissolved. Set it aside.

  3. Beat the cold heavy cream for a few minutes until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in two additions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any other freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or close it with a lid.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 12 hours.
  7. Let it soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes before scooping.
