Ingredients:
- 250g (about 3 cups) Chocolate Cake Crumbs (homemade or store-bought)
- 2/3 cup (95g) Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate, chopped
- 3 Tbsp (45g) Heavy Cream (plus 1 or 2 Tbsp, if necessary)
- 40g (about 1/3 cup) Chocolate Shavings

- In a medium bowl, place the chopped chocolate and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted. Set aside.
- Using your hands, crumble the cake into fine crumbs. Place 250g or 3 cups of cake crumbs into a large bowl.
- Pour the chocolate mixture on top and stir with a spatula until it forms a soft dough. If the dough is too dry, you can add one or two tablespoons of heavy cream.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until firm enough to roll into balls.
- Portion the dough using a tablespoon-size scoop and roll the dough into balls using the palms of your hands.
- Roll them in chocolate shavings to coat.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container and remove from the fridge about 20 minutes before serving.
