3-Ingredient Chewy Brownies


Chewy Brownies Recipe [Only 3 Ingredients] Without Egg or Butter. These easy-to-make brownies are chewy and delicious! And the best thing is that it takes only 3 ingredients and a few minutes to make them! The perfect treat to indulge in when you’re looking for a quick chocolate fix!

Ingredients:
  • 10oz (280g) Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 can (14oz or 397g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cup (95g) All-Purpose Flour

Directions:
  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Important: Grease with butter or cooking spray, or the brownie might stick to the parchment paper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  3. In a large bowl, place the chocolate and condensed milk. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  4. Note: Make sure to use sweetened condensed milk (not milk or cream), or the texture will be completely different.
  5. Add the flour and stir until just combined. Do not overmix the batter.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. The batter will start to thicken, so make sure to work quickly.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Let the brownie set and cool at room temperature before cutting into squares.
  8. Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
