- 10oz (280g) Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (14oz or 397g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 cup (95g) All-Purpose Flour

- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Important: Grease with butter or cooking spray, or the brownie might stick to the parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, place the chocolate and condensed milk. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
- Note: Make sure to use sweetened condensed milk (not milk or cream), or the texture will be completely different.
- Add the flour and stir until just combined. Do not overmix the batter.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. The batter will start to thicken, so make sure to work quickly.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Let the brownie set and cool at room temperature before cutting into squares.
- Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
