2-ingredient Nutella fudge. If you’re looking for a quick and easy dessert recipe to make at home, you will love this creamy Nutella fudge made with only two ingredients! 

Ingredients

  • 180g (about 1 1/4 cups) Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (see note for substitution)
  • 3/4 cup (225g) Nutella at room temperature

Instructions

    1. Line a 5x7in (13x18cm) or 6x6in (15x15cm) container with wax paper. Grease parchment paper with cooking spray or vegetable oil if you don’t have wax paper. Set it aside. 
    2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. 
    3. Add the Nutella and stir with a spatula until well combined. The mixture will thicken slightly. 
    4. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and smooth the top. 
    5. Let it set at room temperature for 3-4 hours or refrigerate for about 40 minutes to 1 hour to speed up the process. 
    6. If the fudge is too hard to cut, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes until soft enough to cut into squares. 
    7. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain a creamy texture. 

Notes

For milk chocolate, use about 1 1/2 cups of chocolate (225g). But keep in mind the fudge will be sweeter.
