Ingredients:
- 6oz (170g) Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Hot Water

- In a medium bowl, place the chopped chocolate and hot water. Mix with a wire whisk until completely dissolved.
- Fill a large bowl about 1/3 full with cold water and some ice cubes. Place the bowl with melted chocolate in the ice bath, making sure the ice water flows around the bowl to chill the mixture faster.
- Using a wire whisk or electric hand mixer, mix the chocolate continuously, scraping the sides of the bowl if necessary until soft peaks form, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Note: It is important to mix continuously to incorporate air into the mixture and cool it down evenly.
- Spoon the mousse into small serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving time.
