Ingredients:
Cake:
- 4 Tbsp (32g) Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp (2g) Baking Powder
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) Milk
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp (38g) Nutella
- 2 Tbsp (20g) Chocolate Chips (optional)
Topping:
- 1 Tbsp (19g) Nutella
- Chocolate Chips

Directions:
- Mug size: 8oz (240ml) or larger to avoid overflowing.
- In a mug, place the flour and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil. You can add 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract too. Stir until just combined.
- Add the Nutella and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Microwave for 1 minute. If a toothpick inserted in the center comes out moist, microwave it for 15 seconds more.
- Top with Nutella and chocolate chips. Serve while still warm.
